she Ministries kicked off the Christmas season on December 2 with Mary's Christmas, this year's Celebration of Light. Luminarias and "No Room at the Inn" signs decorated the amphitheater, where ladies gathered for Christmas caroling, in spite of the winter weather. After the caroling, they headed into the foyer, where they enjoyed delicious cookies and warm cider. The festivities moved to the sanctuary, where they celebrated with bluegrass band Breaking Blue, a performance by the Performers Ballet & Jazz Company, and a teaching from Penny Rose.
